Baseball!!

Baseball is my favorite sport, the American Pastime! It's time once again to welcome back the Boys of Summer! It's Opening Day!!

Everybody get your orange and black on and go to Camden Yards!


Unless you're one of THOSE people.... you know.... people who DON'T root for the Orioles...


(Yes, I know they have a horrible record, but they're my home team and I love 'em.)

Go to the park, watch it on TV, listen on the radio, whatever. It's on!!! Talk about your team, talk about my team, talk about the sport or the crazies that follow it (hey, that's me!) Just please, no name calling, trash talking, or use of the "S" word without proof. I think we've all had enough of that...

They beat the Yankees maybe that a good sign

LOL I support 2 teams: The Orioles and whoever beats the Yankees.

Winning Opening Day is always a bonus. Beating the Yankees on Opening Day was frakking awesome.

That was great but lately it's been usually impossible for the O's to be the Y's, I hope this is the beginning of goodthing to come

You and me both. I'm pretty happy with the way they've started their season. Looks like some pretty solid baseball all around. What do you think of some of the new guys they've pulled into their minor league teams? I think there's a LOT of promise there, overall.
