A 10-year-old has been left critically ill in a road crash in south-east London which also injured his parents and two younger sisters.
The Peugeot car in which the family were travelling was in collision with a Scania tipper truck on the A20 Sidcup Road in Mottingham at 15:00 GMT.
The 32-year-old mother and 43-year-old father were hurt and are in hospital, along with girls aged four and seven.
The truck driver, 43, has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving.
Full details of the family's injuries have yet to be released.
But the boy was in a critical condition and the four-year-old girl was understood to have a broken leg.
She and the three other victims were in a stable condition in hospital, police said.
Police have appealed for witnesses to the crash, which happened on the London-bound carriageway of the road.
