WHAT'S THE LENGTH OF TIME YOU HAVE TO BE A CADET BEFORE YOU CAN GO INTO THE ACADEMY AND BECOME A TROOPER?

No set time. They process when they become available for a class. In other words when they would reach their 21st birthday at some point during the 6 months, that's the class they are available to be in.
