A man rams a stolen truck into Pennsylvania State Police cars and allegedly tries to run over a trooper during a police chase in Franklin County. State Police tell CBS 21 News that it started at 4:20 p.m. Sunday on Interstate 81, near exit 5.
Authorities say 50 year old Bruce Hobbs of Roanoke Virginia was spotted there driving a stolen pickup truck. During the chase, State Police say he rammed into four police cars, dumped his truck, stole a car and tried to run over a trooper.
Nearly an hour later, State Police say Hobbs abandoned the car and they caught him at Brindle and Hartzell Drive, in Guilford Township. Hobbs was arrested and faces a number of charges, including D.U.I, assault and fleeing from police.
No one was hurt.
