Kentucky State Police Sergeant, arrested last year in Pikeville, is ordered to do community service.
Timothy Moore of the Ashland Post was charged with alcohol intoxication, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest after Pikeville Police arrested him following a concert at the Expo Center in July.
A judge put Moore's case on diversion under the condition he must do 160 hours of community service and pay court costs.
Moore issued an official apology to police and the courts during the proceedings.
