Right to Bear Arms

I don't know if this is real but its been going around there are over a million votes so far figured a few more would not hurt takes about 1.7 seconds to vote.
The Question is:
Does the Second Amendment give individuals the right to bear arms?

And there are still questions about how the American public feels about this? I shared this poll with a friend who promptly replied that since it was an internet poll it wasn't reaching a truly representative segment of the general public. I had to laugh. I told her that since the stereotype she was referring to generally had limited access to internet polls, the number of people who agree that the 2nd Amendment gives us the right to bear arms might actually be higher. She was somewhat miffed at that.

The only problem is criminals bear arms too.

And so far there really isn't a way to stop them from doing so. Thorough background checks and wait periods only stop people from purchasing weapons legally.

Yeah the illegal purchases are the problem at hand. It's like you can't win for loosing!
