| Nevada does not require a ballistic vest, however, I know only of a handful, that do not don a ballistic vest while working the road. I have no idea how someone could justify NOT wearing a vest.

| I know, that seems like your asking for something to happen. It's like smoking to me. There is so much evidence that points to why you should't and yet people still do. Same with the vest. I know, its a weird analogy. | |

| Not required in Vermont, but I can't recall seeing a Trooper without one. | |
