Amber Alert Canceled for 14 Year Old Utah Girl

The state of Utah canceled the Amber Alert Friday morning after the girl was recovered safe in Washington County. The suspect was taken into custody at that time.

Reyna Elizebe Santelices is a 14 year old Hispanic female, 5' 2" with brown hair and eyes weighing approximately 110 pounds. She was last seen wearing a white sweater with the word Fox on the front in tan.

The suspect is 22-year-old Ana Avalos, an Hispanic female, 5' 3", weighing 100 pounds. She has brown spiked hair with orange highlights, and brown eyes.

The suspect vehicle is a red 1997 Honda Civic with a Utah license plate A499RA.
