Patrol Too Busy to Track Down Rebel Truckers

A Highway Patrol captain says troopers have been too busy to track down a convoy of trucks that apparently went around the gates on Interstate 29 after it was closed due to blizzard conditions.
Captain Jim Prockniak says troopers were busy helping drivers and closing roads, and they had to prioritize.
It`s believed a convoy of nearly a dozen semis got on the closed interstate at Hillsboro and headed to Fargo. They were spotted by snowplow operators.
Prockniak says the rebel truckers put others at risk.
Fargo-area transportation supervisor Bruce Nord said the trucks created a problem for crews trying to clean up the interstate after Tuesday`s heavy snow
