State narcotics officers working in Sussex County received a tip that 46-year-old Robert Ewers and 56-year-old Richard Rorke would be delivering drugs at a Bridgeville business Thursday.
Police were waiting at 3 p.m. when the two men arrived in a parking lot of a business on South Main Street.
Troopers found 220 LSD doses and 29 grams of marijuana hashish on Ewers and a digital scale in Ewers' car.
Ewers is charged with several drug offenses and is being held on bail.
Rorke is charged with resisting arrest after he struggled with police. He is also being held in Sussex County.
