Amber Alert Canceled for 13 Month Old MIssouri Boy

The Sate of Missouri canceled the Amber Alert Friday afternoon after the boy and his mother were found safe near Cuba, Missouri. The suspect was taken into custody at that time.
Dallis Harris, a white Male, 13 Months Old, 1 feet 4 inches tall weighing 19 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes. His belly button sticks out due to a hernia.
The suspect is Phillip Harris, a white Male 23 years old, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 115 lbs. with reddish brown hair and blue eyes.
The suspect vehicle is a White 2001 Pontiac Grand AM MO tag number PC5-T2F.
